Every instrument undergoes a professional inspection before being double-boxed with specialized high-impact foam and climate-controlled packing materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do all guitars come with a professional setup?
Yes, our in-house luthiers perform a multi-point inspection and setup on every guitar, adjusting the action, intonation, and neck relief before it leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 30-day 'No-Hassle' return period. If you aren't completely satisfied with the tone or feel of your instrument, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and CITES regulations for specific tonewoods.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new instruments include the full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Guitar Emporium provides a 1-year limited warranty on all certified pre-owned gear.
