At Guitar Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the instrument in its original hardshell case or gig bag, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and tags are included in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our luthiers inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
